How To Watch the 2025 Los Angeles Rams Season

The Rams have surprised everyone and are now poised to make a deep playoff run. Is a Super Bowl appearance in their future?

Well, I certainly didn’t have this kind of Los Angeles Rams season in my NFL bingo card.

The team finally had a good start to a season, and that momentum has carried through. Coach Sean McVay has 37-year-old quarterback Matt Stafford in MVP form. Puka Nacua is healthy and ballin’. The team’s defense is in perpetual lockdown mode.

Now the conversation surrounding the Rams is how legit of a Super Bowl contender they are.

I’ve been keeping up with all the Rams action this season. If you want to do the same, keep reading for the best ways to watch the 2025 Rams on TV.

What channels have Los Angeles Rams games?

To watch all Los Angeles Rams games, you’ll need CBS, ESPN, FOX, NBC, and Amazon Prime Video. You can also stream in-market CBS games on Paramount+, while Peacock simulcasts NBC’s NFL coverage.

These channels don’t cover out-of-market games, though. So, if you want to catch all 17 Rams games from anywhere other than the local market, you’ll need NFL Sunday Ticket, which is available through YouTube TV or as a standalone purchase on YouTube.

2025 Los Angeles Rams TV schedule

The Rams started their season with a home win over the Houston Texans and have been making teams eat their dust ever since. To close the season, four of their final six games are on the road. That includes a crucial Thursday Night Football matchup against the Seahawks in Week 16.

Best TV plans for watching the Los Angeles Rams

I have two recommendations for you: YouTube TV and FOX One. The first will get you access to almost every game except the two Amazon Prime Video exclusives. The other won’t get you as many games, but it comes at a much lower price point.

Here are more details about each service so you can make the best choice for your viewing desires.

YouTube TV ($82.99/mo.)

YouTube TV is my top pick for Rams fans who want to watch the most games this season. The service includes your local FOX and CBS channels, ESPN, and NFL Network, all in its base plan. From there, you’ll just need to supplement with Amazon Prime Video, which offers a 30-day free trial.

YouTube TV is also great for live sports overall and has a vast library of films, TV shows, and other content. For NFL fans specifically, it’s the only service that offers NFL Sunday Ticket, which is perfect for out-of-market Rams supporters.

The FOX One logo on a black background.

FOX One ($19.99/mo.)

Nine Rams games are on FOX in 2025. So if a live TV streaming service or a traditional provider isn’t for you, this new FOX One service will do the trick. You’ll get every game that broadcasts on your local FOX station, live or on demand.

The service also features news and entertainment channels. And if you’re a Prime Video subscriber, you can add FOX One to the platform and view almost every Rams game with only one app.

How to watch the Los Angeles Rams for free

Angelinos can watch at least 12 Rams games for free with an over-the-air (OTA) antenna. These babies give you access to your local broadcast stations (i.e., ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX). Plus, NFL broadcast rules allow nationally televised primetime games to air on local networks. So if you live in LA, you can watch those games on NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video over the air.

My pick for an OTA antenna is the Mohu Leaf 50. I like this product because of its easy setup, long cord, 60-mile range, and 1080p picture quality. Plus, it’s a one-time purchase that will pay dividends for years to come.

To make sure your home is in range for antenna usage, I recommend putting your zip code into Antennas Direct’s TV Transmitter Locator to see which channels are within your radius.

If you don’t want to go this route, you can always grab a free trial to YouTube TV, Fubo, Stream with DIRECTV, or Hulu + Live TV. Those trials vary in length, so make sure to read the fine print.
