Where can I watch the 2001 Baltimore Ravens Hard Knocks?
The first-ever Hard Knocks did it right by featuring legendary athletes Ray Lewis, Shannon Sharpe, and Todd Heap under Coach Brian Billick. This season, we get a crib tour from Ray Lewis, learn how Shannon Sharpe goes about his 12th training camp, and see rookies participating in a talent show. To top it off with a cherry, we’re gifted with Coach Billick giving motivational talks in a polo, cargo shorts, and sandals.

Where can I watch the 2002 Dallas Cowboys Hard Knocks?
In Emmitt Smith’s final season, we watch the beginning of his pursuit to break Walter Payton’s record and become the NFL’s all-time rushing yards leader. Jerry Jones gets a lot of camera time, and we get an idea of how much this organization means to him. We also get the first look at the intense coaching and training of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. And nothing screams Texas like a team-friendly competition in pig dressing, cow chip throwing, and egg toss contests.

Why was there no Hard Knocks 2003–2006?
Hard Knocks had issues getting teams on board from 2003 to 2006. No one wanted to volunteer in the 2003 season, and presumably, no team stepped forward until the 2007 season. It wasn’t until 2013 that Roger Goodell announced he wanted a “formal rotation” of teams to be featured on Hard Knocks each year. It’s part of being on an NFL team now.
Where can I watch the 2007 Kansas City Chiefs Hard Knocks?
Paul Rudd, a big Chiefs fan, narrates this season as Priest Holmes returns to the field after injuring his neck in a 2005 game, and Herm Edwards navigates Larry Johnson and Dwayne Bowe’s contract holdouts. The locker room dancing ties this season up with a nice bow.

Where can I watch the 2008 Dallas Cowboys Hard Knocks?
Getcha popcorn ready—this season features TO, Tony Romo, and Jason Whitten. Danny Amendola also joins Dallas’s training camp as an undrafted free agent to fight ten men for one of the six available roster spots. The ever-present Jerry Jones makes a comeback, Dave Campo learns dance movies, and the players dramatically struggle to shed pounds to make weight.

Where can I watch the 2009 Cincinnati Bengals Hard Knocks?
Marvin Lewis is looking to take this 4–11–1 team further this season after the third consecutive season not making it to the playoffs. So, episode 1 kicks off with a football equipment obstacle course, bench press, punt catch, and tug-of-war competition to build team camaraderie. This season features Carson Palmer returning from his knee injury and a lot of camera time for Chad Ochocinco. Based on viewership, this was the most-watched Hard Knocks season at the time.

Where can I watch the 2010 New York Jets Hard Knocks?
Coach Rex Ryan is the star of this season with his motivational speeches, genuine relationships with the players, shoe choices, and snack obsessions. Mark Sanchez prepares for what came to be one of his best seasons, Joe Namath makes an appearance to watch the boys on the field, and Darelle Revis waits for his much-deserved contract. The Jets entered this season as one of the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl.

Why wasn’t there a 2011 season of Hard Knocks?
Due to the 2011 NFL lockout, when players and owners couldn’t come to a bargaining agreement during four months of the offseason, no team wanted to commit to the series. Instead, Hard Knocks produced the series Hard Knocks: A Decade of NFL Training Camps (which is unavailable to stream anywhere).
Where can I watch the 2012 Miami Dolphins Hard Knocks?
Ryan Tannehill enters his rookie training camp and preseason with an easy battle to become a starter. Ochocinco makes another Hard Knocks appearance as we watch him attempt a comeback to the great game, but ends up ruining his NFL career. Other honorable mentions are Joe Philbin, in his first year as head coach; Dan Campbell, the tight ends coach; and Reggie Bush, who was proving himself.

Where can I watch the 2013 Cincinnati Bengals Hard Knocks?
Marvin Lewis is still hanging in as head coach as Andy Dalton and AJ Green enter their third year with the Bengals. We get our first look at Giovanni Bernard running routes in his rookie training camp, and it’s refreshing to witness Hugh Jackson’s coaching personality, which all players like. Not much happens this season, but you’re probably a Bengals fan if you’re here.
For whatever reason, the 2013 Bengals Hard Knocks season isn’t available to stream anywhere. But you can watch the first episode on Dailymotion.
Where can I watch the 2014 Atlanta Falcons Hard Knocks?
The Falcons are coming into this season 4-12 with Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and Devonta Freeman (rookie) on the roster. Spoiler alert: they still get a losing record this season. During training camp, Coach Mike Smith and team attempted to instill toughness in their players, and it backfired—too many fights occurred, and not enough team bonding. You could probably make it a drinking game. “Whenever two teammates throw hands at each other…”

Bill O’Brien fell short of making playoffs in his first year as Texans head coach, and he’s looking to make it to playoffs this season. In this season, we get to watch reigning DPOY JJ Watt training in the gym, flipping 1000-lb tires, and training on the field by himself until 9:30 p.m. Jadeveon Clowney is coming back from a torn meniscus, Mike Vrabel gets the spotlight as the linebackers coach, and rookies get magnificent haircuts. Deandre Hopkins is also preparing for what came to be one of his best seasons, and it includes shopping.

Where can I watch the 2016 Los Angeles Rams Hard Knocks?
This is the year the team moved back to Los Angeles after being in St. Louis for 21 years, and it was also the start of the Rams dream team with rookie Jared Goff, Todd Gurley, Aaron Donald, Tyler Higbee, and Greg Zuerlin. The entire season is entertaining, with Aaron Donald’s ping-pong expertise, guards working out at Venice Muscle Beach, the team doing yoga, playing Pokémon Go, and swimming with lots of floaties.

This season might go down as one of the least interesting Hard Knocks, but Jameis Winston is the best part. His personality saves the show. The quarterback returns to his humble beginnings as we visit his childhood home, neighborhood, and family. We also get to hear Mike Evans defending LeBron James and Chris Godwin singing Ain’t No Mountain High Enough. Gerald McCoy also tests the boundaries of the new celebration rules with the Tootsie Roll.

This season is filled with football stars. We get our first look at Baker Mayfield and Denzel Ward adjusting to professional football, Jarvis Landry letting receivers know how it’s done on the practice field and in the meeting rooms, and appearances from Nick Chubb, David Njoku, and Myles Garrett. It’s Hue Jackson’s last year to prove himself (which, we all know how that ended. Oh, and how it started). The cringy speeches about how it’s his team and he can do what he wants are enough to watch this season.
