Will Kendra Wilkinson Give Birth on “Kendra on Top?”

Kendra Wilkinson is expecting her second child and fans could see the birth happen live on Wilkinson’s reality show, “Kendra on Top.”

After making a name for herself on the popular E! reality series, “Girls Next Door,” where she starred alongside Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt as one of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends, Wilkinson went on to find love with Hank Baskett. She and Baskett eventually landed their own E! show, “Kendra.”

On “Kendra,” Wilkinson moved out of the Playboy Mansion and embarked on a relationship with Baskett. Within months, the pair were engaged, and on June 27, 2009, they married during a made-for-TV ceremony which aired on the season one finale.

From there, the couple remained on E! for three more seasons before embarking on a new reality series, “Kendra On Top,” which began airing on We TV on June 5, 2012.

Throughout her reality TV run, Wilkinson gave birth to her first child, Hank Baskett IV, born Dec. 11, 2009, and is now pregnant with her second child.

Although life with two children is sure to be more hectic than Wilkinson has become used to, she has no desire to slow down when it comes to her reality show. In fact, she plans to show even more of her life on the upcoming third season of “Kendra On Top.”

In Feb. 2014, Wilkinson confirmed plans to film the birth of her second child, a baby girl, on the show.

“We’re scheduling my c-section,” she explained to E! News at the time. “We are aiming to shoot the birth live, unless the baby comes out early of course. We have plans to do that, so hopefully it all works out. So that way everyone gets to enjoy what I get to enjoy at that moment.”

Wilkinson also spoke with Celebuzz about the possibility of giving birth on her show.

“I want it to happen because I’ve been on TV for 10 years now and I thought if I have another season of my show I want to wow people,” Wilkinson told Celebuzz in February. “I don’t see anything wrong with giving birth on TV. We’re planning the c-section, so you’ll be seeing blood and guts… a placenta.”

On April 10, 2014, We TV sent out a press release, announcing the third season of “Kendra On Top.”

“In season two of “Kendra on Top,” viewers witnessed Kendra’s adventures as she juggled her role of wife and mom with the temptations of her fast-paced celebrity lifestyle,” the statement read. “In season three, baby number two arrives while Kendra is at odds with her mom and brother and is now finally willing to confront a crucial piece of her missing childhood.”

If Wilkinson does give birth on television, she won’t be the first.

Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her son, Mason Dash Disick, on an episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” in 2010. Years later, she filmed the birth of her daughter, Penelope Scotland Disick, for the show.

In May 2013, Wilkinson’s former co-star, Holly Madison, gave birth to her first child, daughter Rainbow Aurora, as cameras rolled for her E! special, “Holly Has A Baby.”

There have also been a few Real Housewives, including Kim Zolciak, Phaedra Parks and Teresa Giudice, who have given birth on their shows.

Kendra Wilkinson and family are currently filming “Kendra On Top” season three in Los Angeles.
