Over a year after Dina Manzo announced she and her husband, Tommy, were splitting, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is reportedly dating again.
“Dina Manzo is dating a hot younger guy named Matthew Schultz on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” a source revealed to CableTV on July 31. “He is a bank consultant and a music recording artist out of New Jersey and he is HOT! This guy is a banker by day and a rocker by night.”
While it is unclear how long Manzo and Schultz have been an item, they have known one another for at least the last few months, as Schultz appeared alongside Manzo on the currently airing sixth season of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” which began shooting this past spring.
During Sunday night’s episode of the hit Bravo reality series, Schultz made a brief appearance. In a recently released sneak peek at next week’s episode, he is seen in the background of a major feud between the Napolitano twins and Amber Marchese.
“His new music single “Crazy Heart” is awesome!” the source added. “It’s about time that “Real Housewives of New Jersey” has a sexy man!”
According to his Facebook page, Schultz is both a musician and producer, and is inspired by the Dave Matthews Band and Chris Daughtry, who he once played guitar for.
Schultz took a brief break from music and focused on finance as the Vice President of one of the biggest private banks on the East Coast.
Schultz has also taken a stab at acting, starring in the award-winning short, “Redemptio,” as well as appearing in the Blockbuster’s “The Dark Knight Rises” and “Sleeping Around,” and even making an appearance in DJ Webstar’s “Dancing on Me” music video.
As if that isn’t enough to keep Schultz busy, he is also partners with independent producer, screenwriter, and director, Ali Abouomar, and plans to produce and finance a number of films over the next couple of years.
Although Manzo has yet to reveal Schultz as her boyfriend, the pair has done their fair share of flirting online. In fact, the pair was tweeting back and forth earlier this week.
Earlier this week, Manzo tweeted to fans about the upcoming episode, saying, “Holy crap is all I have to say about next week’s episode.”
Schultz replied, “It’s going to be epic babe.” Moments later, Manzo sent a winking face to Schultz.
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” airs on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
